Finance Manager at TeamAce Limited

Our client, a leading venture capital firm is looking to fill the role of;

Responsibilities:

• Compliance with agreed timeliness for monthly, quarterly and yearly financial statements i.e. Profit & Loss account, Balance Sheet, Year-end statements, Cash flow Analysis, Contribution margin by Model.
• Provide financial advice by studying operational issues; applying financial principles and practices; developing recommendations.
• Prepare corporate annual Budget and variance report
• Develop and manage financial systems/policies
• Liaise with other function managers to put finances and account in context
• Monitor and evaluate financial information systems and suggest improvements where needed.
• Implement corporate governance procedures, risk management and internal controls.
• Ensure all ledgers are reconciled and updated monthly (i.e. Creditors Ledger, Debtors Ledgers, Prepayment Accounts amongst others.)
• Develop and maintain credit control Policies and Processes
• Manage Organization’s tax matters and ensure compliance

Requirements:

• B.Sc. or HND in Accounting or related discipline
• Minimum of 8years cognate experience
• Professional qualification (ACA, ACCA) would be an added advantage
• Cost management experience
• Proficiency of ERP - Navision

Salary: 500,000- 600,000 monthly
