Finance Manager at Qualis Business Support Services Ltd

Summary

• We need someone who will drive the finance structure of the Company and ensure revenue assurance, enforce internal control systems, budgeting & previous experience working in a food processing/manufacturing company is also required.

Responsibitlies

• Financial Record-Keeping: Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger.
• Financial Statement Preparation: Prepare financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
• Budgeting and Forecasting: Assist in preparing budgets and forecasts and monitor actual performance against projected financials.
• Financial Analysis: Analyse financial data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities for improvement.
• Compliance: Ensure compliance with accounting standards, regulatory requirements, and company policies.
• Accounts Payable and Receivable: Manage accounts payable and receivable, including processing payments, invoicing, and reconciliations.
• Financial Reporting: Prepare financial reports for management, stakeholders, and regulatory bodies.
• Tax Compliance: Ensure compliance with tax laws and regulations and prepare tax returns.
• Internal Controls: Implement and maintain internal controls to ensure financial integrity and prevent financial misstatement.
• Audit Support: Provide support during audits, including preparing documentation and responding to auditor inquiries.

Required

• A Degree in Accounting & partly qualified with previous experience in food processing/manufacturing sector.
