    Finance Manager

    Job Summary

    • We are seeking a highly experienced and strategic Finance Manager to drive revenue growth and financial oversight across our group’s QSR, event catering, and pastry brands.
    • In this role, you will lead sales and business development efforts, manage key client relationships, oversee accounting and financial reporting, and ensure all business units achieve profitability while maintaining compliance with regulations.
    • This is an exciting opportunity for a results-driven leader who can combine financial expertise with business development skills to grow multi-unit operations.

    Key Responsibilities
    Sales & Business Development:

    • Develop and implement sales and business development strategies across all business units.
    • Identify and pursue new business opportunities, including partnerships, retail outlets, and bulk buyers for pastry products.
    • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, vendors, and institutional buyers.
    • Lead the preparation and presentation of proposals, pitches, and sales materials tailored to various customer segments.
    • Oversee sales performance across in-store, online, events, and bulk-order channels.
    • Collaborate with brand and marketing associates to ensure campaigns support sales and revenue goals.
    • Monitor market trends, customer behavior, and competitor activity to inform strategy.
    • Contribute to pricing, promotional strategies, and product placement decisions.
    • Represent the company at relevant industry events, tastings, and sales meetings.

    Financial Management & Accounting:

    • Prepare, review, and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements for all business units.
    • Manage financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow to support business growth.
    • Oversee accounting operations, including general ledger, accounts payable/receivable, payroll, and reconciliations.
    • Ensure compliance with tax regulations, financial reporting standards, and internal controls.
    • Track key financial metrics, analyze variances, and provide actionable management insights.
    • Implement and maintain effective financial policies, processes, and systems across all business units.
    • Support investment and cost optimization decisions by preparing financial models and business cases.
    • Collaborate with auditors and external consultants during audits and financial reviews.

    Leadership & Strategic Oversight:

    • Drive operational efficiency and profitability across QSR, catering, and pastry brands.
    • Mentor and lead finance, sales, and business development teams.
    • Provide strategic recommendations to the executive management team based on financial analysis and market insights.
    • Ensure alignment between sales, marketing, and finance to achieve business objectives.

    Requirements

    • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, Marketing, or a related field.
    • Minimum of 5 years’ experience in finance leadership, sales, or business development.
    • Experience in QSR, fine dining, catering, or pastry operations is highly preferred.
    • Strong accounting knowledge, financial reporting, and budget management skills.
    • Demonstrated track record of revenue growth, client relationship management, and strategic decision-making.
    • Excellent leadership, analytical, proposal-writing abilities, negotiation, and communication skills.
    • Ability to work across multiple business units and manage diverse teams effectively.
