Job Summary

• We are seeking a skilled and commercially minded Finance Manager to oversee the financial operations of a reputable organisation within the creative industry.
• The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving financial performance, ensuring effective financial controls, managing budgets and providing strategic financial insights to support business growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee financial planning, budgeting and forecasting.
• Prepare and analyse financial statements and management reports.
• Manage cash flow, working capital and financial operations.
• Develop and monitor budgets for projects, campaigns and productions.
• Track project costs, revenue and profitability.
• Ensure compliance with tax regulations and statutory requirements.
• Strengthen internal controls and financial risk management.
• Provide financial insights to support strategic business decisions.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics or a related field.
• ICAN, ACCA or equivalent professional qualification.
• 3-5 years of relevant finance experience.
• Experience in the creative, advertising, media, entertainment, events or related industry is compulsory.
• Strong knowledge of financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting and cash flow management.
• Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel.
• Excellent analytical, leadership and communication skills.
