What You’ll Do
Finance & Analysis:

• Prepare and manage financial reports, cash flow statements, and performance dashboards.
• Track budgets, expenses, and profitability across multiple projects and ventures.
• Provide analytical insights to guide strategic and operational decisions.

Operations & Execution:

• Support day-to-day operations, ensuring all teams remain aligned and deliverables are met.
• Implement and manage tools/systems (CRMs, dashboards, project management platforms) to drive efficiency.
• Monitor project timelines, highlight risks, and follow through on execution.

Leadership Support:

• Work closely with the MD on research, competitor analysis, and preparation of reports, presentations, and briefs.
• Organize priorities, track action items, and ensure timely follow-ups on commitments.
• Liaise with internal teams, clients, and partners to ensure information flows effectively to leadership.
• Translate big-picture ideas into clear, actionable plans.

Who You Are

• Graduate with 3 - 6 years’ experience in finance, consulting, operations, or business support.
• Strong technical toolkit: Excel/Google Sheets, CRMs, dashboards, project management tools.
• Highly analytical, detail-oriented, and organized.
• Excellent communicator — strong written and verbal skills.
• A self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.
• Trusted with sensitive information — discreet, professional, and reliable.
