Finance and Account Manager at Lonadek

The preferred candidate must demonstrate competence in driving revenue in targeted markets, increasingprofitability, and reducing cost for the business.

Responsibilities

• Supervise the overall functioning of the Finance & Account Department.
• Spearhead the coordination of financial transactions within the Company.
• Control the cash flow position throughout the Company.
• Manage the company’s liabilities.
• Manage the Company’s business model for generating customer value and translate the operational metrics into measures for performance.
• Oversee the budgeting and expense control function of the business.
• Establish and maintain lines of communication with investment bankers, financial analysts, and other relevant financial stakeholders affiliated to the Company.
• Implement relevant programs and structures for the provision of the capital required for the operations and sustainability of the business.
• Monitor all agreements relating to financial obligations such as partnership/collaboration contracts with vendors and other third-party affiliates.
• Analyse the Company’s shareholder relations policies, procedures, and information programs.
• Make recommendations to the Management and Board of Directors on the impact of financial policies, procedures, trends or programs on the business.

Requirements

• Minimum of a BSc or HND in Accounting, Finance or related discipline.
• Minimum of 10 years accounting experience atmanagerial level.
• Possess relevant professional training certifications
• Membership of relevant locally and internationally accredited professional bodies (e.g., ICAN, ACCA, etc.).
• Profound knowledge of accounting software tools for data organisation, management, and reporting (e.g., Excel, SAGE, QuickBooks, Tableau, Ariba, etc.)
