Job Summary

• Provide leadership in financial planning, analysis, and reporting. Manage accounting operations, ensure compliance with financial regulations, and deliver insights to support business decisions.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day accounting operations.
• Develop and manage comprehensive financial reports, budgets, and forecasts.
• Ensure compliance with financial regulations, tax laws, and internal controls.
• Collaborate with auditors for internal and external audits.
• Implement accounting policies and procedures to enhance accuracy and operational efficiency.
• Provide leadership and mentorship to the accounting team.
• Conduct financial analysis to provide actionable insights to management.
• Manage relationships with financial institutions, vendors, and regulatory bodies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in accounting, Finance, or related field.
• Strong understanding of accounting principles, financial reporting, and tax regulations.
• Minimum of 8 years cogent experience in financial management and accounting.
• Proficiency in accounting software (SAGE, QUICKBOOKS)
• Proficiency in Microsoft office (Excel, Word)
• Excellent attention to details and accuracy in financial record keeping and reporting.
• Strong organizational and time management skills, with ability to manage multiple task and deadlines.
• Professional certifications (ICAN, ACCA) is required.
• Effective communication skills and ability to collaborate with cross functional teams.
