Field Vendor Onboarding Specialist (Lab/Healthcare Background) at Sigma Consult

Job Description:

We're seeking a Field Vendor Onboarding Specialist with a laboratory or healthcare background to join our team. As a key player in our operations, you'll identify, engage, and manage medical equipment vendors across Lagos, supporting our innovative healthcare delivery model.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct field visits to hospitals, laboratories, and healthcare facilities to identify potential vendors.
• Build relationships with medical equipment suppliers and maintain a comprehensive vendor database.
• Collaborate with Sales to source products and negotiate with new vendors.
• Provide insights on hospital and laboratory operations to inform product offerings.
• Navigate Lagos efficiently to maximize field productivity.
• Work independently to meet vendor recruitment targets.
• Provide regular reports on vendor sourcing activities and market insights.

Requirements:

• OND, HND, or BSc degree in Laboratory Science, Biomedical Engineering, Nursing, or related field.
• Practical experience in hospitals, laboratories, or healthcare settings.
• Strong understanding of medical equipment and hospital/laboratory operations.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
• Basic computer skills (MS Office, data entry).
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Strong knowledge of Lagos Road networks.
