Implement operational and maintenance procedures for company assets deployed at client sites, ensuring consistent performance and compliance with technical standards
Collaborate with team members to ensure:
Achievement of minimum system uptime of 99.5%
Site operating costs—including diesel usage, consumables, and grid power—remain within approved budgets
Clients adhere to agreed operational procedures and designated operating hours
Timely and accurate billing and collections in coordination with the Finance team
Adoption of best‑practice maintenance standards for all assets, including diesel and gas generators, batteries, inverters, and solar panels, to maximize equipment life cycle
Remain available and willing to travel to various sites across Nigeria based on operational requirements
Ensure strict compliance with Quality, Health, Safety, and Environment (QHSE) protocols during all on‑site activities
Conduct installation, troubleshooting, performance monitoring, and corrective maintenance activities as assigned
Keep accurate service records, site reports, and maintenance logs for internal and client use
Support customer relations through professional communication and timely resolution of technical issues
Coordinate with internal units (Projects, NOC, SCM, QHSE, etc.) to ensure seamless service delivery
Working condition:
Approximately 5% of time shall be spent in office environments with the remaining time in the field
Physical Requirements
The Engineer shall be capable of lifting up to 20kg; stand for an extended period of time; work in outdoor environment
Requirements
Education: Bachelor's degree in Engineering; preferably Electrical or Mechanical
Experience:
Minimum of 3 year's work experience in equipment maintenance, power systems, or renewable energy operations
Must have good knowledge of diesel generators and rectifier system
Proven ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues
Ability to manage sensitive information with professionalism.
Strong teamwork, communication, and customer‑facing skills

Self-motivated and demonstrate a sense of ownership with high level of commitment and the ability to thrive under pressure

HSE certification is an added advantage
Flexible to travel domestically and internationally
