Field Sales Officer/Marketer at Rolad Properties

Job Description:

• Research and understand the local real estate market to identify potential clients & generate leads through various sources – cold calling, networking, referrals, and event
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs, preference and budgets
• Effectively communicate property details, pricing, payment plans and available amenities
• Negotiate with clients to close deals and meeting company sales targets
• Attend industry event, exhibitions, and seminars to expand the network, promote company offerings, and enhance brand visibility.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets consistently – striving to exceed expectations.
