Job Summary

• We are seeking highly motivated and results-driven Field Sales Agents to join our team.
• The successful candidate will be responsible for generating new business leads, building relationships with customers, and driving sales growth in assigned territories.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify sales opportunities and potential clients to expand the customer base.
• Build and maintain relationships with existing and new customers to promote sales.
• Achieve individual and team sales targets and contribute to overall company revenue goals.
• Collaborate with the sales team to develop sales strategies and tactics.
• Prepare sales reports and forecasts, providing insights and recommendations.
• Contact customers with overdue payments to initiate the recovery process.
• Negotiate payment arrangements and establish timelines for debt settlement.
• Investigate and resolve any disputes or discrepancies related to outstanding debts.
• Monitor payment plans and follow up with customers to ensure timely payments.
• Collaborate with internal departments, such as the credit department, to facilitate the recovery process.
• Stay informed about relevant laws and regulations governing debt collection practices.
• Address customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints promptly and professionally.
• Provide exceptional customer service and support throughout the sales and recovery process.
• Gather customer feedback and relay it to the appropriate teams for continuous improvement.
• Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling to existing customers.

Requirements

• Candidates should possess an OND qualification.
• 1 - 2 years of experience in field sales or a related field.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
