• We are currently seeking Field Operators to join our dedicated team. As a Field Operator, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of our client's facilities.

Responsibilities:

• Operate and maintain various equipment such as pumps, compressors, generators, and valves to ensure optimal production and safety standards.
• Conduct routine checks and inspections on equipment to identify any faults, leaks, or damages.
• Monitor and control processes, recording data, and making necessary adjustments to optimize performance.
• Report any process deviations or operational issues to the control room and assist in troubleshooting as needed.
• Adhere to health, safety, and environmental standards at all times and report any incidents or hazards immediately.
• Collaborate with the production team to coordinate activities and prioritize tasks.
• Perform routine maintenance tasks, such as lubricating equipment, changing filters, and cleaning.

Requirements:

• High School Diploma or equivalent qualification.
• Previous experience in a similar role, preferably in the oil and gas industry.
• Knowledge of mechanical equipment and systems.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to make quick decisions.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work under pressure.
• Effective communication and teamwork skills.
• Willingness to work in various locations and conform to irregular work schedules.
• Valid driver's license and willingness to operate transportation vehicles as required.
