Field Operations Manager at a Licensed Microfinance Bank

Requirements

• Manage palm product cooperatives.
• Address and resolve  field operations issues
• Monitor key metrics and develop action plans for improving cooperative profits
• Manage and coordinate materials to ensure continuity and sustainable cooperative operations.

(Business administration, Management, Engineering, or in other similar field. Experience working in an agricultural industry is preferable. Few years of experience in a management position is an added advantage)
