Qualifications

• Strong relationship management, customer service, and client advisory skills, with the ability to build trust and maintain long-term partnerships.
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, Economics, or related field, relevant professional certifications in banking or finance are an advantage.
• Minimum of 5 years’ experience in banking, with exposure to HNI/wealth management
• Proficiency in sales, business development, and portfolio management, including experience meeting or exceeding revenue and growth targets.
• Solid communication, negotiation, and presentation skills, with the capacity to explain financial products clearly to diverse customer segments.
• Comfort with digital banking platforms, data analysis, and basic reporting tools to monitor account performance and customer activity.
