    Field Marketing Representative

    Job Description

    • As a Field Marketing Representative, you will be responsible for implementing and executing marketing strategies and initiatives at the local level to promote brand awareness, drive customer engagement, and support sales growth.
    • You will work closely with the marketing and sales teams to ensure consistent messaging and branding across all marketing channels.
    • This role requires excellent communication skills, strong organizational abilities, and the ability to work independently while representing the company in a professional manner.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Develop and execute field marketing plans: Collaborate with the marketing team to create and implement comprehensive field marketing plans aligned with overall marketing objectives. These plans may include events, promotions, product demonstrations, and other marketing activities.
    • Conduct market research: Stay informed about the local market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences. Conduct market research to identify opportunities and gather insights that will help optimize marketing strategies.
    • Coordinate events and activations: Plan, organize, and execute various events and activations, such as trade shows, conferences, product launches, and community outreach programs. Manage logistics, coordinate staffing, and ensure timely execution.
    • Drive brand awareness: Promote brand awareness and visibility by executing marketing initiatives across multiple channels. This includes distributing marketing materials, coordinating advertising efforts, and managing online and offline brand presence.
    • Support sales efforts: Collaborate closely with the sales team to align marketing efforts with sales objectives. Provide sales enablement tools, such as collateral, presentations, and training materials, to support the sales team's efforts in generating leads and closing deals.
    • Build and maintain relationships: Establish and foster relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, partners, vendors, and community organizations. Represent the company at industry events, networking functions, and meetings to enhance brand reputation and generate business opportunities.
    • Analyze and report: Monitor and analyze the performance of field marketing initiatives, gathering data on key metrics and providing regular reports to management. Use insights to optimize marketing strategies and improve campaign effectiveness.

    Requirements

    • Candidates should possess a Bachelor's Degree qualification.
