As a Field Marketer, you will be at the forefront of driving sales, building brand awareness, and creating lasting relationships with customers.
This role requires a confident communicator and persuasive professional who thrives in field-based work and is motivated by targets and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
Promote and sell the company’s energy products directly to customers in assigned territories.
Conduct field visits, product demonstrations, and promotional campaigns to generate leads and close sales.
Identify and engage prospective clients through field interactions, cold calling, and grassroots marketing strategies.
Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers.
Provide regular reports on field activity, customer feedback, and market trends.
Collaborate with the sales and marketing team to achieve set targets and contribute to strategic initiatives.
Represent the brand positively in all customer and public engagements.
Requirements
Minimum of OND / NCE in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
1-3 years of experience in field marketing, direct sales, or related roles (energy industry experience is a plus).
Excellent communication, persuasion, and interpersonal skills.
Must be self-motivated, target-driven, and comfortable working in outdoor/field environments.
Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
Proficiency in basic reporting and use of mobile technology tools.
