Job Description

• We are currently seeking Field Loan Officers with a minimum of 2 years’ experience in a microfinance institution.
• Are you street smart? Do you have a great knowledge of Lagos markets? Do you have a minimum of two years’ experience working with a Microfinance institution?

Responsibilities

• Grow existing and create fresh markets hence increasing loan customer base.
• Liaise with the line manager to provide detailed forecasts and action plans for the growth of the market / business.
• Source for Market women and men to take loans to promote their businesses.

Requirements

• Minimumum Qualification of OND
• At least 2 years’ experience in a Microfinance institution.
• Ability to multitask.
• At least 2 years’ experience in sales.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel.
• To succeed in this role, you should demonstrate excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
