A reputable FMCG Company requires energetic, self-motivated, and field-oriented Field Executives to support sales growth and market execution activities across the Oil and Seasoning categories.
The successful candidate will be responsible for driving outlet coverage, product visibility, customer engagement, and market intelligence gathering.
Core Deliverables
Execute daily route plans and ensure effective market coverage.
Achieve assigned sales and distribution targets.
Ensure product availability and visibility in retail outlets.
Drive outlet activation and new customer acquisition.
Maintain strong relationships with retailers, wholesalers, and distributors.
Execute merchandising standards and promotional activities.
Monitor stock levels and facilitate timely replenishment.
Gather and report market intelligence on competitors and pricing.
Other Job Functions:
Conduct daily sales calls and outlet visits.
Ensure compliance with merchandising and branding standards.
Track customer orders and follow up on deliveries.
Support distributor sales teams in driving sell-out activities.
Identify business opportunities within assigned routes.
Provide daily and weekly sales activity reports.
Participate in market activations and promotional campaigns.
Assist in resolving customer complaints and trade issues.
Requirements
Minimum of OND/HND/B.Sc. in any discipline.
Minimum of 2 years sales experience in FMCG, preferably within Oil, Edible Oil, Soya Oil, Palm Oil, Seasoning, or related food categories.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to build strong customer relationships.
Basic analytical and reporting skills.
Ability to use smartphones and digital sales reporting tools.
Must be energetic, proactive, and result-oriented.
Familiarity with local markets within Edo or Kogi State is an added advantage.
