Field Engineer at Pragmatic Technologies

Job Summary

• To ensure that customer installations and repairs are promptly done according to laid down company procedures.
• To attend to customer needs in a professional manner and ensure that all installation and repair jobs are completed efficiently.

Responsibilities

• Installation of all the inverters and stabilizers with SOP.
• Attend to all faulty service requests that come from customers via the Service Controller.
• Ensure the proper functioning of the product after installation and FSR.
• Ensure proper training of customer on the functionality of the product.
• Liaise with the customer regarding the status of product after installation and FSR.
• Performs other functions as assigned.

Requirements

• Minimum of OND in Engineering or equivalent.
• 2 - 3 years of relevant and progressive experience.
• Good business communication (including written and verbal) skills.
• Expert presentation and interpersonal skills.
• Good carriage, professional appearance and outlook to work.
• Strong business ethics
