Summary of the principal results expected from the Job
Manage field staff logistics, feeding, accommodation, and other administrative duties
Detect and performs maintenance, inventory management, and repairs on company's housing and camp facilities
Supervises staff as well as contractor staff operating in the housing facilities
Plan menu, prepare food supply orders, and all feeding related activities
Supervise and manage large number of skilled and unskilled workers
Management of the interface with the Hotel and Housing Administration
Management of other Logistics like transport, housing, meetings and other reservations
Management of the company's staff, guests and visitors needs.
Book hotel, transportation, security and travel for staff
Follow up on arrivals, departures, additional requests and extra expenses
Maintain awareness of and ensure compliance with all relevant Statutory and Company HSE standards in performing the Service
Prepare list of daily Personnel on Board in all companies facilities
