Summary of the principal results expected from the Job

• Manage field staff logistics, feeding, accommodation, and other administrative duties

• Detect and performs maintenance, inventory management, and repairs on company's housing and camp facilities

• Supervises staff as well as contractor staff operating in the housing facilities

• Plan menu, prepare food supply orders, and all feeding related activities

• Supervise and manage large number of skilled and unskilled workers

• Management of the interface with the Hotel and Housing Administration

• Management of other Logistics like transport, housing, meetings and other reservations

• Management of the company's staff, guests and visitors needs.

• Ensure the Quality control of the rooms (cleanliness, comfort. TV. internet access etc) through participation in quarterly audit

• Book hotel, transportation, security and travel for staff

• Follow up on arrivals, departures, additional requests and extra expenses

• Maintain awareness of and ensure compliance with all relevant Statutory and Company HSE standards in performing the Service

• Prepare list of daily Personnel on Board in all companies facilities

• Carry out any other duties/projects assigned by Company

• Shall be responsible for the overall fleet management of trucking of petroleum products

• Plans route and journey management for trucks and drivers

• Manage company fleet management application and create monthly reports

• Create and manage vehicle maintenance and service records

• Schedules and supervise all trucks service and maintenance repairs

• Responsible for all company logistics functions and dispatching activities

• Responsible for inventory management of all company's goods

• Plan and schedule timely delivery of petroleum products

• Any other duties as assigned by your supervisor

Summary of the principal results expected from the job

• Responsible for the entire company operations on the field

• Work hand-in-hand with the project team to create a mutual understanding of the project strategy based on the requirements of the job

• Collate information from other stakeholders and send reports to supervisors

• Conduct in-depth reviews and analysis of all project or contract documents so as to be familiar with every detail and/or requirements

• Work with safety units in a bid to plan and manage safety programs for each project and make sure that all aspects of safety are reached

• Help project managers and engineers in the arrangement and analysis of projects and scheduling of reports on projects

• Oversee projects as they are being carried out to make sure that the work is done according to outlined specifications, and that they also conform with project timetable

• Convey project needs from the project manager to the management of the firm.

• Assist in the maintenance, development, and enhancement of the company’s relationship with contractors in a bid to produce strategic partnership

• Train and mentor employees in areas of project management and estimating.
