Job Summary
- We are hiring Farm Support Staff to assist in daily farm operations across crop production, poultry (layers & broilers), and general farm duties.
Job Responsibilities:
- Assist in daily farm activities (feeding, cleaning, planting, harvesting, etc.)
- Support poultry operations and crop field work
- Maintain cleanliness and basic farm hygiene
- Follow instructions from supervisors and management
- Work as part of a team to ensure daily farm productivity
Requirements
- Willingness to work hard and learn on the job
- Ability to follow instructions and work in a team
- Previous farm experience is an advantage but not required
- Physically fit and reliable
Work Arrangement:
- Daily resumption required (non-resident staff)
- 6-month contract, extendable based on performance.
