About the Role

• Our client is seeking an experienced and hands-on Factory/Production Manager to oversee a high-capacity recycling line.
• This role is fully onsite and ideal for candidates who have previously managed continuous 24/7 factory operations and have a strong Mechanical Engineering background.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage round-the-clock production operations (Sunday night to Sunday morning cycle).
• Oversee recycling line machinery (extruders, shredders, washers, dryers, etc.).
• Lead troubleshooting, maintenance, and machine performance optimization.
• Supervise supervisors, operators, and shift teams.
• Drive process improvement, reduce downtime, and increase output.
• Ensure quality, safety, and compliance across the facility.
• Live onsite or very close to the factory for immediate operational support.

Requirements

• BSc in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
• 10+ years’ experience in manufacturing; 5+ years in senior factory/production management.
• Strong experience with recycling lines or similar continuous-operation factories.
• Ability to supervise day/night shifts and rapid-response operations.
• Strong leadership, mechanical troubleshooting, and decision-making abilities.
• Candidates living around Atan, Ota, Sango-Ota, Iju, Lusada, Agbara, or Ifo are strongly encouraged to apply

Nice to Have:

• PMP or PE certification.
• Experience in plastics, polymers, packaging, paper, or recycling.

Salary
N400,000 - N600,000 monthly.
