Job Summary

• The Factory Supervisor will oversee the daily operations of the factory to ensure efficient production and adherence to quality and safety standards.
• This role requires coordinating and managing factory staff, monitoring production output and inventory, and driving operational improvements.
• The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, hands-on experience in factory or production management, and the ability to maintain smooth and compliant factory activities.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate day-to-day factory operations to ensure efficient workflow.
• Ensure all production processes meet established quality,safety, and regulatory standards.
• Manage factory staff, including scheduling, task assignment, training, and performance monitoring.
• Monitor inventory levels, production output, and operational efficiency.
• Collaborate with management to implement process improvements and resolve operational challenges.
• Prepare routine reports on production activities, staff performance, and resource usage.

Qualifications

• HND qualification or equivalent in a relevant field.
• Minimum of 5 years experience in factory supervision, production management, or related roles.
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• Proactive, result-oriented, and able to thrive in a fast-paced production environment.

Salary
N350,000 - 400,000 / Month
