Factory Development Officer at OnePyramid

• Job Summary
• The 5S / Factory Development Officer is responsible for driving factory organization, efficiency, and continuous improvement through effective 5S and Kaizen implementation. The role ensures visual management, daily compliance, and structured documentation of factory improvement initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the implementation of 5S (Sort, Set in Order, Shine, Standardize, Sustain) across all departments including production, warehouse, and maintenance.
• Implement and maintain visual management systems to ensure abnormalities are clearly and immediately visible.
• Report and document all factory improvement activities, including Kaizen initiatives and process improvements.
• Conduct daily 5S conformance and compliance inspections across the factory.
• Compile and analyze weekly improvement trends, providing insights to support continuous improvement efforts.
• Work closely with departmental teams to sustain 5S standards and improve operational discipline.

Requirements

• Degree or diploma in Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing, Operations Management, or a related field.
• Entry level or minimum of one (1) year experience in a manufacturing or factory environment.
• Basic understanding of 5S, Lean Manufacturing, and Kaizen principles.
• Computer savvy with the ability to prepare reports and analyze data.
• Strong organizational, documentation, and communication skills.
• Detail-oriented with a continuous improvement mindset.
