Transport Services Limited (TSL) is currently seeking a full-time Facility Officer for an on-site role located in Lagos.
The Facility Officer will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our TSL facility, ensuring that all aspects of the facility, including the warehouse, office spaces, and surrounding grounds, meet industry standards for safety, cleanliness, and functionality.
The Facility Officer should also be skilled in managing teams, conducting regular inspections, and resolving any issues in our facilities.
Qualifications
Minimum of HND or Bachelor's degree in Facilities Management, Business Administration, or a related field
At least 2 years of prior experience in Facilities Management or a similar role
Strong attention to detail, with excellent project management and problem-solving skills
Ability to lead and manage teams and work collaboratively with others, including vendors, contractors, and other stakeholders
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
Demonstrated experience in maintaining and monitoring budgets and facilities' expenses
A high level of proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and related software programs
Strong ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet established deadlines
Knowledge of facility and safety regulations, procedures, and standards
