The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring that the facility operates smoothly, safely, and efficiently, while also driving improvements in the department’s overall operational efficiency.
Job Responsibilities
Perform entry and correction of resource master data, items, suppliers, contractors, consultants into ERP platform with zero duplication or errors.
Take note and give daily report of the days’ entries to the Facilities Manager (Minimum of 20 reports per 8‐hour day).
Assist in preparation, filing and documentation of relevant documents.
Assist with implementation and monitoring of Mechanical & Electrical related work on & off site.
Plan maintenance effectively (corrective & preventive) with the team within the specified timeline.
Coordinate maintenance effectively (Preventive & Corrective) on two to four maintenance sites.
Prepare method statements and risk assessment for all tasks.
Effectively use deployed Computerized Maintenance Management Software solutions.
Coordinate with client representatives daily on site
Submit weekly & monthly site reports, inspection requests etc. on a regular basis.
Assess and drive good quality and quantity of work with site workers.
Assist in ensuring that all work is done in accordance with approved HVAC & Electrical drawings, parts specifications and all applicable standards.
Keep inventory of ordered parts, release to sites and stock re‐order for the department.
Drive in conformance with health & safety rules within your teams.
Perform work safely to protect you and others from harm.
Monitor and deliver projects within stipulated timelines.
Any other duties that may be assigned from time to time.
Job Requirements
minimum of BSc degree/HND or its equivalent in Engineering
3-5years experience in installation, commissioning and maintenance of HVAC systems for commercial and industrial type buildings.
Good Working Knowledge of all relevant building services.
1‐3 years vocational training will be an added advantage.
Additional Requirements
Ability to solve problems on own initiative and effective project coordination.
Ability to attend to out‐of‐state projects physically and remotely.
