Facility Manager at Westfield Consulting

The candidate who will deliver a high quality, efficient and effective property management service including new lettings, rent reviews, facility management, service charge management and general estates management with the aim of creating value, maximizing growth or improving the business performance of the organization and its clients. 

 Duties and Responsibilities:

•  Oversee the daily operations of the property. 
•  Liaising and negotiating with suppliers and contractors for best pricing and service delivery. 
•  Onsite supervision of employees.
•  Identifies, screens and manages tenants. 
•  Prepares Daily/weekly/monthly reporting to the General Manager.
•  Prepares draft responses to letters and general correspondence.
•  Ensure discreet handling of all business.

REQUIREMENTS

•  B.Sc/HND. in Facility Management, Business, Engineering Construction and any other related field.
•  Possess strong verbal and written communication skills.
•  Proven record of facility management experience.
•  Must be confident, a self-starter, with the ability to operate in a dynamic environment.
•  Must be able to demonstrate good attention to detail, good judgement showing logical decision making, and a hands-on approach.
•  Computer literate with good MsWord, MsExcel, MsPowerpoint skills
•  Must possess Discreteness, Integrity, High learning ability, Team Spirit, Proactiveness, Resourcefulness and Managerial skills
