    • Structural Maintenance: Plan and execute routine repairs, renovations, and civil works for factory buildings, warehouses, loading bays, and administrative offices.
    • Contractor & Vendor Management: Source, negotiate with, and supervise external service contractors (e.g., waste disposal, structural repairs, landscaping, elevators, and janitorial services).
    • Budgeting & Cost Control: Prepare and manage the annual facility maintenance budget (OPEX); optimize energy, fuel, and water consumption to reduce operational costs.
    • Space & Asset Planning: Manage space allocation layout changes, office moves, and maintain an accurate up-to-date registry of all physical facility assets.
    • Safety & Compliance Alignment: Partner closely with the HSE Officer to ensure all physical structures, fire suppression systems, and emergency exits meet local structural safety and building codes.
    • Emergency Response: Serve as the primary point of contact for facility-related emergencies (e.g., power failures, structural issues, plumbing leaks) outside of normal working hours.

    Requirements & Qualifications

    • Bachelor’s Degree or HND in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Civil Engineering, Building Technology, or Facility Management.
    • 5–7 years of proven experience in facility management, with at least 3 years specifically within a manufacturing plant, factory, or heavy industrial estate environment.
