JOB DESCRIPTION: A handy and experienced Facility Manager to coordinate and direct the running and maintenance of our estate facilities. He/she will be responsible for conducting property inspections, developing/maintaining facilities policies and procedures, negotiating with contractors, overseeing staff safety, planning and improving workspaces, inspecting safety equipments, overseeing renovations, ensuring facilities are compliant with regulations and create a comfortable environment for clients.
