Facility Manager at Brit Property Nigeria

Location: Ajah Axis, Lagos
Experience Level: 3–5 Years

Job Summary:

The Facility Manager will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation and maintenance of all facilities, including managing service providers, ensuring compliance with health and safety standards, and maintaining property value.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee day-to-day operations and maintenance of company facilities
• Manage building systems (HVAC, plumbing, electrical, etc.) and supervise repairs and renovations
• Coordinate with external contractors, vendors, and maintenance staff
• Conduct regular inspections and ensure facilities meet compliance and safety standards
• Prepare and manage facility budgets and reports
• Develop maintenance procedures and schedules
• Ensure security, emergency preparedness, and waste management systems are in place and functional.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Facility Management, Engineering, or related field
• 3–5 years of proven experience in facility management
• Strong knowledge of building systems and maintenance procedures
• Excellent organisational and leadership skills
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills
• Must reside in or around the Ajah axis (only candidates within this area will be considered)
