Job Overview

• The Facility Maintenance Officer is responsible for ensuring the shopping mall’s facilities, equipments, and infrastructures are maintained to the highest standards.
• This role involves preventive and corrective maintenance, contractor supervision, safety compliance, interacting with Government Agencies, and providing technical support to ensure a safe, clean, and fully operational environment for tenants, customers, and staff.

Qualifications & Skills

• Diploma / Degree in Electrical / Mechanical Engineering, Facilities Management, or related field.

• Strong knowledge of building systems (HVAC, electrical, plumbing, fire safety).
• Hands-on technical skills with the ability to troubleshoot and repair.
