    Facilities Assistant

    To assist Facilities Manager in documentation and Facilities update.

    Principal Accountabilities:

    • Provide effective and efficient documentation for ease of filing and retrieval of documents.
    • Always provide adequate stationery for the operation of the business.
    • Ensure that vehicle documents are renewed before expiration to avoid payment of fines to relevant government agencies.
    • Attend to customers’ (internal and external) enquiries and relate same to the Facilities Manager.
    • Ensure timely computation and payment of canteen bills to ensure accountability.
    • Ensure timely payment of telephone bills to avoid disconnection of lines.
    • Assist Facilities Manager in Insurance matters, Fleet Management, Asset documentation etc.
    • Assist Facilities Manager in taking brief and minutes of meeting in HSE meetings.
    • Ensure proper circulation of vehicle particulars to all official vehicle users as at when due to prevent penalty and fine from Regulatory Agencies
    • Ordinary National Diploma Required
