Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field (minimum CGPA of 2.1).
• Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in experiential marketing, brand activation, or related fields.
• Strong understanding of experiential marketing and consumer engagement.
• Ability to manage multiple projects while meeting deadlines and budgets.
• Excellent communication, storytelling, and presentation skills.
• Knowledge of digital marketing tools and platforms.
• Experience with data analysis for campaign optimization.
• Strong planning, multitasking, and leadership abilities.
