Experienced Travel Manager - Lagos Mainland at Light Heights Global Services Limited

• Are you a seasoned travel professional with a passion for creating seamless travel and education experiences?
• We are seeking an Experienced Travel Manager to join our growing team on the Lagos Mainland.

Responsibilities:

• Manage all aspects of travel and visa advisory services for clients (study, tourism, relocation)
• Provide expert counseling on travel documentation, visa application processes, and destination requirements
• Oversee client onboarding, follow-ups, and satisfaction management
• Liaise with embassies, schools, and travel partners to process and track applications
• Stay up to date on travel regulations, education opportunities, and visa policy changes

Requirements:

• Minimum of 4 years’ experience in a similar travel/education consulting role
• Deep understanding of student visa and tourist visa processes (UK, Canada, USA, Europe, etc.)
• Excellent communication and client relationship skills
• Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple clients efficiently
• Strong organizational, record-keeping, and reporting skills
• Familiarity with Lagos Mainland terrain and client dynamics is a plus
