Experienced Travel Consultant at Royalfin Travels

This  role is very vital in , so we are looking for a well-rounded individual with ample experience in the travel industry  and possesses qualities that fit perfectly with our company objectives and vision. The ideal candidate will assist in executing responsibilities related to organizing travel itineraries for clients, find perfectly priced tickets, manage travel plans and help the company increase sales.

As a Travel Consultant, you will put together complex multi-stop round-the-world flight itineraries, design bespoke holidays and fully customized trips for clients. Your job responsibilities include but is not limited to the following;

•  Follow Consultative Sales Model to drive sales and develop customer relationships
• Meet monthly sales targets for income and booking conversion
• Create bespoke flight itineraries with the additional  arrangement  according to customer requirements
• Deliver excellent customer service respond to customer enquiries promptly providing customer with descriptive and persuasive communication  
• Being aware of customer experience facilitating good trust and feedback
• Effective organizational skills to manage all stages of the booking cycle
• Making bookings
• Managing ticketing
• Answering pre-travel questions and enquiries
• Deal with travel complaints
• Receive calls 
• Being a considerate team player
• Rendering required assistance to colleagues.

Qualifications

• University Studies/ Higher Education in Human Resources, Business Administration, or any other related courses
•  Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar position.
• Candidates should have experience in the Issuance and Re-issuance of Air Tickets International and Local.
• Comfortable with GDS - Amadeus and Galileo
• Excellent Email Writing and Communication Skills.
• 24x7 (flexible working hours) - remote and on-site.
• Experienced in handling inbound and outbound calls.
• Ability to present and analyze information effectively 
• Strong collaborative skills  with multicultural and diverse teams
