Experienced Site Inspection Officer / Driver at Sweet Country Limited

Job Description

• The recruited officers will act as a personal assistant to the CEO in handling all company's site inspections which hold twice or three times a week, amidst other functions.
• The selected officers will assist in driving clients, consultants to the site and enhance a pleasant site viewing experience for all prospective clients.
• Therefore, an excellent driving skill alongside an amiable personality is mandatory

Responsibilities

• Manage Site inspection/viewing and other site operations: Convey prospective clients, staff & partners to our estates/sites
• Manage (work with our surveyors) allocation of plots and acres at the site
• Convey the CEO, General Manager and other members of senior personnel to business meetings and marketing operations
• Act as tour guide pointing out landmarks and ongoing projects to clients on the way to the estate sites
• Assist the company in achieving sales target and management objectives
• Cooperate with staff and partners in accomplishing the company’s aims
• Occasionally assist in office administration and minor operations
• Occasionally handle our Real Estate Presentation in our weekly seminars/trainings.

Requirements

• Candidates should possess a minimum of HND or B.Sc / First Degree is a plus
• Must possess a driver's license.
• A minimum of 3 years' experience will be required
• A very humble, amiable and genial disposition generally towards personnel, associates and clients.
• Smart and presentable appearance
• Good command of basic English. Fluent in English conversations
• Good social and interactive skills; positive mindset and top-notch interpersonal communication abilities.
• Ability to liaise with inter-departmental personnel towards seamless logistics operations.
• Hardworking with ability to cope with copious logistics tasks
• Effective inter-personal qualities and remarkable appeal of contagious enthusiasm as required in speaking with customers, acting as an interesting tour guide during site visitations
• Ability to remain calm and courteous while taking constructive criticism.
• The recruited officer is actually encouraged and expected to make much more than the basic pay monthly.

Remuneration

• Salary: N90,000 Basic Monthly Salary plus driving perks, bonuses and mouth-watering sales commissions.
• Sales commission on plots/acres sold can be over N500,000 every month.
• The driver/site inspection officer earns the same commission with our marketing consultants, plus amazing non-cash incentives depending on sales performance.
