    Experienced Nursery School Teacher

    Job Role Summary

    • The nursery school teacher plays a vital role in shaping the foundation of a child’s education.
    • They act as caregivers, educators, and role models, ensuring children feel safe, valued, and inspired to learn.

    Job Description

    • We are seeking a caring, creative, and experienced Nursery School Teacher to join our team.
    • The ideal candidate will nurture young learners (ages 2–5), helping them develop social, emotional, and academic skills that prepare them for primary school.

    Responsibilities

    • Plan and deliver engaging lessons using play, storytelling, music, and creative activities.
    • Teach basic literacy and numeracy skills in age-appropriate ways.
    • Foster social skills such as cooperation, sharing, and following rules.
    • Monitor and assess children’s progress, keeping accurate records.
    • Communicate regularly with parents about their child’s development.
    • Ensure a safe, clean, and supportive classroom environment.
    • Encourage curiosity, creativity, and confidence in young learners.

    Education & Qualifications

    • Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education, Child Development, or related field.
    • Teaching certification (depending on local regulations).
    • Additional training in child psychology, Montessori, or special needs education is an advantage.

    Required Skills:

    • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Patience, empathy, and ability to manage young children’s behavior.
    • Creativity in designing engaging lessons and activities.
    • Organizational skills for lesson planning and record-keeping.
    • Knowledge of child development and early learning methods.
