Role Description

• This is a full-time hybrid role for Experienced Insurance Sales Managers based in Lagos, with some work-from-home flexibility.
• The role involves managing and leading a team of insurance sales agents, developing and implementing effective sales strategies, providing excellent customer service, and meeting sales targets.
• The manager will also be responsible for training and mentoring new agents, monitoring market trends, and ensuring compliance with industry regulations.

• Excellent communication and organizational abilities
