Job Responsibilities

• Oversee daily hotel operations to ensure smooth and efficient service delivery
• Manage staff performance, scheduling, and discipline across all departments
• Ensure high standards of customer service and guest satisfaction
• Monitor revenue, expenses, and operational budgets in collaboration with the accounts team
• Handle guest complaints and resolve issues professionally
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hospitality standards.

Requirements

• Minimum of BSc / HND qualification
• Proven experience as a Hotel Manager or in a senior hospitality management role
• Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills
• Good understanding of hotel operations, customer service, and basic financial management
• Ability to work under pressure and meet operational targets
• Ready to resume immediately
• Candidates must be living at Owerri.
