Executive Driver at Sigma Consult

Salary: ₦100,000 - ₦150,000 per month

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly professional and experienced Executive Driver to provide reliable and safe transportation for senior executives, including the CEO, EDs, and other high-level personnel. The ideal candidate must have a proven track record in driving executives, possess a valid LASDRI certification, and hold a safety driving course certification. This position requires a dedicated, responsible, and punctual individual who is capable of ensuring the safety, comfort, and timely arrival of our executives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide safe, reliable, and efficient transportation for senior executives, including the CEO, EDs, and other management personnel.
• Ensure the vehicle is always clean, well-maintained, and in excellent working condition.
• Plan and follow the best routes for timely arrivals at appointments, meetings, and events.
• Ensure compliance with all traffic laws, safety regulations, and company policies.
• Maintain discretion and confidentiality while transporting executives.
• Ensure all travel needs and preferences are met with professionalism and attention to detail.
• Carry out routine checks and ensure that all vehicle documentation is up to date (e.g., insurance, registration, and licenses).
• Assist in the loading and unloading of materials or briefcases as necessary.
• Report any vehicle issues to the appropriate departments and ensure timely repairs and maintenance.
• Complete daily trip logs, records, and reports as required.
• Coordinate with the executive assistants and other relevant staff to align schedules and travel logistics.

Requirements:

Experience:

• Minimum of 5 years of driving experience in an executive capacity, with a proven record of driving for senior management, CEOs, or EDs.
• Previous experience working in an executive support or transportation role is a must.
• In-depth knowledge of Lagos roads, traffic patterns, and best routes for timely travel.

Qualifications:

• BSc/HND in any field.
• A valid driver’s license with LASDRI certification (Lagos State Drivers' Institute certification) is mandatory.
• Completion of a safety driving course (for drivers) is required.

• Excellent driving skills and a thorough understanding of vehicle maintenance and safety standards.
• Outstanding knowledge of road safety and defensive driving techniques.
• Strong communication skills, with the ability to engage professionally with executives and other staff members.
• High level of discretion and professionalism in handling sensitive information and maintaining confidentiality.
• Excellent time management and organizational skills.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including early mornings, late evenings, and weekends as required.
• Well-groomed and presentable at all times.
