Job Brief

• We are looking for a reliable, experienced Executive Driver to transport our high-level professionals to their destinations safely and promptly.
• Responsibilities include maintaining the vehicle, planning routes considering potential traffic or delays, and ensuring the vehicle is stocked with necessary amenities.
• Our ideal candidate is a professional driver with excellent navigation skills, strong understanding of traffic rules and regulations and is familiar with the different areas in the city and the surrounding regions.
• Ultimately, the role of the Executive Driver is to ensure smooth, safe, and timely transportation while maintaining a high level of professionalism and discretion.

Responsibilities

• Transport executives and clients to and from destinations in a comfortable, safe and efficient manner
• Plan routes to destination and manage time effectively
• Maintain the vehicle clean and in good working order, including regular checks on vehicle’s oil, brake function, water, lights & tires, windshield wipers, etc.
• Ensure the vehicle is equipped with necessary amenities
• Assist passengers in boarding and exiting vehicle, and load their luggage
• Respect all road laws and regulations
• Manage any unforeseen situations professionally
• Handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• 2 - 4 years of experience as an executive driver or similar role
• Knowledge of the city, roads and landmarks
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
• Professionalism and ability to work with high-level executives
• Good physical condition to assist with luggage
• Excellent time management and organisational skills.
