Executive Driver at Chef Eros & Co

Job Description

• We are seeking a reliable, professional, and experienced Executive Driver to provide safe and timely transportation for senior executives, and to support a variety of company related tasks as needed. 
• The ideal candidate must demonstrate discretion, punctuality, and a proactive attitude in handling both transport duties and general support assignments.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive company executives to and from appointments, meetings, and events.
• Maintain the cleanliness, servicing, and general upkeep of the assigned vehicle.
• Plan and follow efficient routes using GPS and traffic updates.
• Ensure the safety and comfort of passengers at all times.
• Run company errands such as document delivery, item pickup/drop-off.
• Be available to assist with other activities as assigned by management, including support in logistics, procurement runs, or facility-related tasks.
• Keep accurate records of vehicle mileage, maintenance, and usage.
• Adhere strictly to traffic rules and company protocols.
• Maintain the confidentiality of company information and demonstrate professional conduct.

Requirements

• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving history.
• At least 5 years of driving experience, preferably with executive-level clients.
• Excellent knowledge of local routes and traffic patterns.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• High level of integrity, responsibility, and discretion.
• Flexibility with working hours and availability for weekend or after-hours tasks.
• Neat appearance and polite demeanor.
• Ability to take initiative and support other company operations as needed.
