Job Brief:

We are looking for a reliable, experienced Executive Driver to transport our high-level professionals to their destinations safely and promptly.
Responsibilities include maintaining the vehicle, planning routes considering potential traffic or delays, and ensuring the vehicle is stocked with necessary amenities.
Our ideal candidate is a professional executive driver with excellent navigation skills, strong understanding of traffic rules and regulations and is familiar with the different areas in the city and the surrounding regions.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Minimum Education: SSCE
• Valid driver’s license and good driving record.
• Minimum of 2-5 years of professional driving experience.
• Knowledge of traffic laws and road signs.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and overtime.
• Punctual, reliable and respectful behavior at all times.
• Professionalism and ability to work with high-level executives.
• Good physical condition to assist with luggage.
• Excellent time management and organizational skills.
• Proven experience as an executive driver.

Key Responsibilities:

• Safely drive company vehicles to transport executive management staff as directed.
• Ensure regular cleanliness, maintenance and servicing of vehicle as assigned.
• Maintain accurate records of trips, fuel consumption, mileage and maintenance.
• Follow all traffic laws, regulations and company policies.
• Check vehicle daily to ensure the vehicle is in good condition.
• Ensure the vehicle particulars and papers are up to date.
• Report any vehicle damage, accident or mechanical issues immediately
• Ensure timely pick-up and drop-off according to schedules.
• Ensure the vehicle is equipped with necessary amenities.
• Assist executive management staff to load their luggage.
• Handle confidential and sensitive information correctly.
• Use of GPS to navigate routes.
