    Executive Assistant to the MD

    Responsibilities

    • Coordinate and manage the day-to-day operations of the Managing Director’s office.
    • Manage the MD’s calendar, meetings, priorities, and follow-up on action items.
    • Draft, review, and manage correspondence, reports, briefs, and presentations.
    • Conduct business analysis and prepare periodic performance and status reports.
    • Monitor projects and coordinate special assignments on behalf of the MD.
    • Liaise with internal and external stakeholders to facilitate meetings and engagements.
    • Support policy development, SOPs, and corporate governance processes.
    • Assist with Board and AGM documentation and ensure governance compliance.
    • Provide personal assistance support, including travel arrangements and scheduling.
    • Handle sensitive information with a high level of discretion and confidentiality.

    Qualifications

    • Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution (MBA or postgraduate degree is an added advantage).
    • Minimum of 4 years’ experience as an Executive Assistant supporting senior or C-level executives.
    • Strong business analysis, reporting, and presentation skills.
    • Good understanding of corporate strategy, KPIs, and performance management frameworks.
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook).
    • Experience in project coordination, event management, and process administration.
    • Financial awareness, including basic understanding of P&L statements.
    • Knowledge of corporate governance and compliance processes.
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
    • Strong interpersonal skills, professionalism, leadership ability, and confidentiality.
