    Executive Assistant to the CRO

    Our Mission

    • At Estrada International Staffing Solutions (EISS), We are committed to delivering innovative and impactful human resource solutions that empower organizations and individuals worldwide.
    • By combining global expertise with local insight, we ensure compliance, inclusivity, and sustainable workforce practices across diverse markets.
    • Our mission is to build trust, drive growth, and shape the future of work by consistently championing excellence in Human Capital Solutions.
    • The Office of the CRO is the engine driving our market dominance.

    How You'll Make an Impact

    • We are looking for a high-intellect, strategy-minded Executive Assistant to be the right hand to our Chief Recruitment Officer.
    • This is not a traditional administrative role; we are looking for an Operations or Strategy Analyst who wants to sit at the center of business growth.
    • You will be the CRO’s force multiplier—managing high-stakes pitch decks, refining business development leads, and eventually representing the CRO in internal and external forums.
    • You must be a fast learner with a "business growth mindset" who can anticipate needs before they are articulated.
    • If you are a confident communicator who understands that a well-managed calendar is a strategic tool, and you’re hungry to grow into a leadership role, this is your path.

    What You'll Do
    Strategic Support & Business Development:

    • Pitch & Proposal Development: Design and draft high-impact pitch decks and business proposals that win clients.
    • Lead Generation: Support the CRO in identifying, researching, and qualifying business development leads.
    • Operations Strategy: Analyze existing workflows and suggest data-driven strategies to improve business efficiency and revenue growth.

    Executive Coordination & Representation:

    • Calendar Management: Proactively manage the CRO’s calendar, ensuring time is protected for deep work and strategic priorities.
    • Public Speaking & Representation: Act as a confident voice for the CRO, delivering presentations and representing the office in meetings.
    • Stakeholder Management: Serve as a gatekeeper and liaison between the CRO and internal/external stakeholders.

    Recruitment & Project Support:

    • Talent Liaison: Support internal and external recruitment drives, ensuring the talent pipeline aligns with the CRO’s growth vision.
    • Project Tracking: Monitor the progress of key initiatives, ensuring deadlines are met and the CRO is updated on all moving parts.

    What We're Looking For
    Professional & Technical Strengths:

    • Academic Qualification: Bachelor’s degree (B.Sc) in Economics, Business Administration, or Finance.
    • Context: Because of the "Strategy Analyst" requirement, a background that includes quantitative or business research is essential.
    • Background: Minimum 2–3 years in Operations, Strategy, or Business Analysis.
    • Strategic Acumen: A deep understanding of what drives business growth and how to translate strategy into action.
    • Tech Savvy: Expert-level proficiency in PowerPoint/Canva (for decks), CRM tools, and data analysis.
    • Recruitment Knowledge: Familiarity with the recruitment lifecycle is a strong plus.

    Leadership & Interpersonal Strengths:

    • Confidence & Presence: You must be comfortable interacting with C-suite executives and high-value clients.
    • Public Speaking: Excellent verbal communication and the ability to present ideas clearly and persuasively.
    • Strategic Eye for Detail: You catch the errors others miss and always look for the "strategic why" behind a task.
    • Fast Learner: You possess the "absorb-and-apply" speed required in a high-growth environment.

    Success Milestones: Your First Year
Within 3 Months: Foundational Sync & Efficiency:

    • Calendar & Rhythm: Master the CRO’s schedule, ensuring 100% accuracy in arrangements and prioritizing high-value strategic meetings.
    • Deck & Proposal Mastery: Take over the drafting of pitch decks and proposals, ensuring they are visually compelling and strategically sound.
    • Lead Gen Support: Integrate into the BD workflow, supporting lead generation efforts and ensuring follow-ups are executed with precision.
    • Recruitment Support: Assist in the internal and external recruitment process, ensuring candidate communication reflects the CRO’s standards.
    • Operational Excellence Tracking: Take full charge of monitoring and tracking daily operational deliverables across all business units. You will implement a "Pulse Report" that flags the status of key projects to the CRO.
    • Stand-up Coordination: Take the initiative in coordinating and leading daily or weekly stand-up meetings as required to drive project fulfillment and ensure team alignment.

    Within 6 Months: Strategic Autonomy:

    • Operations Strategy: Identify and implement at least two process improvements within the Office of the CRO to streamline operations.
    • Independent Representation: Begin representing the CRO in specific internal meetings and project briefings, providing accurate summaries and action items.
    • Public Speaking: Deliver your first internal or external presentation/briefing on behalf of the CRO’s office.
    • Proposal Conversion: Directly contribute to the success of high-level pitches through meticulous research and strategic eye for detail in documentation.

Within 1 Year: Growth & Leadership Trajectory:

    • Business Growth Ownership: Lead a specific strategic project or business development initiative from conception to execution.
    • Strategic Advisor: Transition from an assistant to a trusted advisor, providing data-driven insights that influence the CRO’s decision-making.
    • Full Representation: Successfully manage high-level external stakeholder relationships and meetings on behalf of the CRO when necessary.
    • Role Evolution: Clearly define your growth path into a senior strategy or operations role within Estrada.

What the Recruitment Process Looks Like:

    • Step 1 - Application Review: Our Talent Acquisition team will review your experience specifically in strategy or operations analysis and a history of high-stakes support.
    • Step 2 - Pre-screening Call & Coffee Chat: An initial introductory/informal check on your confidence, communication style, and growth mindset.
    • Step 3 - Panel Interview Session: A deeper dive into your strategic thinking and ability to manage complex operations.
    • Step 4 - Technical Assessments: A pressure-test involving Pitch Deck Creation and a Strategic Scheduling/Prioritization task.
    • Step 5 - CRO’s chat: A final session with the CRO to ensure a perfect strategic and cultural fit.
