Executive Assistant to CEO at George Houston Resources Limited

 JOB DUTIES/DESCRIPTION

• Act as the point of contact between the manager and internal/external clients
• Liase with Business to Business contact
• Generate Reports
• Screen and direct phone calls and distribute correspondence
• Handle requests and queries appropriately
• Powerpoint slides creation and presentation
• Manage diary and schedule meetings and appointments
• Make travel arrangements
• Take dictation and minutes
• Conduct research and provide information as needed
• Source office supplies
• Devise and maintain office filing system

 QUALIFICATION /REQUIRMENTS 

• HND/BSC in Office Administration, Office tech or any related field
• 2-3 years experience with as Executive Assistant in a real Estate Company
• Good with MS Excel    
• Strong Communication skills
• Excellent Verbal and writing skill
• Must be able to work without supervision
