We are seeking an Executive Assistant to provide administrative and operational support to senior management. Responsible for calendar management, coordination, documentation, and day-to-day executive support.
Key Responsibilities
Manage executive calendars, meetings, and schedules
Coordinate travel arrangements and logistics
Prepare documents, reports, presentations, and correspondence
Take meeting notes and track action items
Handle emails, calls, and follow-ups on behalf of the executive
Maintain proper filing and documentation systems
Coordinate with internal teams and external stakeholders
Support special projects and ad-hoc administrative tasks
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field
3–5 years experience as an Executive Assistant, Personal Assistant, or similar role
Strong organizational and time management skills
Good written and verbal communication skills
Ability to handle confidential information
Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools
Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks
