Job Summary

• We are looking for a proactive and highly organized Executive Assistant to provide administrative and executive support to senior management.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage calendars, meetings, travel, and correspondence.
• Prepare reports, presentations, and meeting minutes.
• Coordinate meetings and follow up on action items.
• Liaise with clients, stakeholders, and internal teams.
• Maintain confidential records and provide executive support.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Secretarial Studies, or a related field.
• 4–6years' experience as an Executive Assistant, Personal Assistant, or similar role.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and virtual meeting tools.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and multitasking skills.
• High level of professionalism, discretion, and confidentiality.
• Must reside in Port Harcourt or its environs.
