    Executive Assistant

    Job Summary

    • We are looking for a smart, detail-oriented, and forward-thinking Executive Assistant who can serve as the “second-in-command” across the group of companies. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the CEO’s schedule, overseeing operations, coordinating with team members, ensuring timely execution of tasks, and holding the fort when the CEO is away. This role requires exceptional multitasking abilities, leadership skills, and a passion for excellence.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Serve as the primary point of contact between the CEO and internal/external stakeholders.
    • Manage the CEO’s calendar, schedule appointments, and ensure she never misses important meetings or briefs.
    • Oversee day-to-day activities across all businesses (Law firm, Fashion brand, and Home Essentials).
    • Supervise and ensure accountability from staff across departments, acting as a liaison between them and the CEO.
    • Support content development and ensure timely execution by the social media manager, for all the brands, especially for the Home Essentials brand.
    • Handle confidential and sensitive information with integrity and discretion.
    • Monitor deadlines, follow up on deliverables, and ensure tasks are completed on time.
    • Make travel arrangements and accompany the CEO when necessary.
    • Attend meetings (in-person or virtual) and take minutes or follow-ups as required.
    • Assist with light project management and client communication when necessary.
    • Step into leadership when the CEO is unavailable, ensuring seamless continuity.

    Requirements & Qualifications

    • Minimum of a Bachelor’s degree in any field.
    • At least 2 years of experience as an Executive Assistant or in a similar administrative/operations role.
    • Strong organizational and leadership skills.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
    • Highly proactive with the ability to think critically and solve problems independently.
    • Social media awareness and ability to support brand-related tasks.
    • Trustworthy, dependable, and comfortable handling confidential information.
    • Willingness to travel when required.
    • Resides in or around Surulere, Lagos (proximity is a must).
